Each package is for a dedicated number of mobile marketing codes, i.e. CELLTHIS50 with prices being charged on a per month basis. Cell This Property has no minimum commitment but for convenience your account will be set up for a minimum of 12 monthly payments. Account can be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 1 months written notice.
All accounts included the Cell This Property custom CRM that includes the ability to track customer call back numbers via the special client email process and reporting application. Our custom CRM gives each account manager the ability to download reports into any standard office product.
All accounts included the ability to send a special "Alerts" to potential customers who have shown an interest in a particular property. Alerts currently include Open House, Price Drop and Interested Parties.
Our Premium Package gives each account holder the ability to add an additional character to the end of each marketing code, for example, you can add the letter "A" to the end of your marketing code i.e. CELLTHIS50A. The marketing code can then be used to track different forms of advertising, i.e. CELLTHIS50 can be used on the Yard Sign, CELLTHIS50A could be used on printed material, CELLTHIS50B could be used on another type of media. This control will let you track which form of advertising is working best for your customer. Limit of 3 (A, B C) additional characters per marketing code. All Premium Packages include all the features and benefits available with the normal account packages.
Re-seller accounts are specifically designed for an individual or company who wishes to market the Cell This Property technology in an exculsive geographical region. For more detailed information of the Re-Seller Package please contact our Customer Service Department.
Private Label packages are for companies who wish to use the Cell This Property technology, but would like the look and feel of the application to resemble their company's business identity. For more detailed information of the Private Label package please contact our Customer Service Department.
Each package requires the purchase of Text Credits. One credit is used for each incoming and outgoing text. i.e. 2 Credits per potential buyer contact. Credits do rollover each month, for a maximum of 12 months and are purchased at a rate of $0.15 per credit. A special email alert will be sent to the account manager when your credit limit has reach the alert level. The alert level is set in the account profile section of your account, but will default to 5% if not set. i.e. 5% of package type - 250 Text Credits - email notification will be send and Text Credit replenishment will occur when you have 13 credits remaining.
For your convenience your Text Credits will automatic replenish once your alert level has been reached. The Text Credit package will be replenished at the same package level of your last Text Credit purchase and will be debited to the Credit Card on file. For Example: If your last Text Credit purchase was the 250 Text Credit Package, then your replenishment will be the same 250 Package at the current package cost. Should your Credit Card not be valid and your Text Credits come to an end, your account will be suspended and any request for information on a Marketing Code will be denied.
